Yovu is a seed-stage traveltech startup. Our team is small. Our mission is not. If you want to work on a product that exists because the industry needed someone to stop cutting corners, read on.
What working here means
Small team, high ownership.
There is no middle management layer to hide behind. Whatever you ship, you own. That is uncomfortable and excellent in equal measure.
Substance over optics.
We do not have inflated projections on our public pages. We do not make claims we cannot back with real data. We expect the same from the people we hire.
Remote-friendly, but not remote-first.
We are based in Tallinn. Some roles work best in person. We will be clear about which ones require it.
Mission matters here.
We chose to build in local travel because finding trustworthy, authentic experiences is still a real problem. If that mission is not part of why you want the job, this is probably not the right fit.

Full-Stack Engineer
You will work across the Yovu platform — operator tooling, traveller discovery, and the data infrastructure that ties them together. We use Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Tailwind CSS.
- 3+ years of production experience with TypeScript and React
- Comfort with PostgreSQL and data modelling
- Care about code quality and user experience equally
- Bonus: experience in travel technology or marketplace data
Operator Partnerships Lead
You will identify, approach, and onboard quality tour operators who meet the Yovu verification framework. This is relationship work, not sales. You care about the operators you bring on as much as the travelers they serve.
- Background in travel, marketplaces, or community development
- Strong written and verbal communication in English (additional languages a strong plus)
- Experience building trust-based relationships with small operators
- You understand what makes a local tour operator trustworthy and can explain it clearly
